Ptillant naturel or "Pt Nat" is a sparkling delight that differs from classic sparkling wine production mainly in one aspect: the wine undergoes only one fermentation. This starts in the steel tank and is completed in the bottlewithout the addition of sugar or yeast. Hence the name "ptillant naturel",
