Le Pianelle: Bramaterra Robino 2018 VIP-Weine with 60% coming from thisHarvested from a 1. 2 ha single vineyard located directly opposite the winery. Nebbiolo grapes form the basis of Bramaterra. According to DOC regulations, it consists of 80% Nebbiolo and 20% Vespolina Croatina. The grapes are handpicked exclusively in several passes; the different varieties and vineyard sites are harvested and vinified separately. The first stage of winemaking (fermentation and maceration) takes place in open Grenier oak vats. The
