It was matured primarily in steel tanks. Goes perfectly with dishes with pork and medium ripened cheeses. Stellenbosch's warm, Mediterranean climate, dry and hot summers; wet and cold winters, lots of wind from the nearby sea. Serving temperature 16 18 C
