Balvenie Tun 1509 Batch No.7 Serie Distilled and bottled by J&GFor Batch 7 of the Tun 1509 Series, Balvenie's David Stewart selected a total of 21 casks: 10 Sherry Butts, 7 Sherry Hogsheads and 4 American Oak casks. The casks were married and then further aged in "tun" at warehouse #24 for three months before being bottled at 52. 4%. As you are used to, the Balvenie Tun 1509 Batch 7 is a rich, deep and elegant single malt.
