Its bubbles rise slowly, and it has a persistent and abounding mousse. It has floral aromas of fresh fruit and ripe pears, and a full, fresh flavor. It's perfect as an aperitif and can be enjoyed with a wide variety of dishes. Grapes 40% Pinot Meunier. 30% Pinot Noir. 30% Chardonnay. Proof 28. 12% ABV.
