Deep Down Chardonnay 2025 1995 Cultivated in CampaniaColor: Beautiful pale gold. Nose: A modern nose, subdued but complex, nectarine and lemon zest with gently toasted hazelnuts. Palate: It is all about fruit and texture, stone fruit galore, nectarine, apricot and peach with a loving touch of citrus. The mouthfeel is perfection with a crisp acid line. Pairings: Excellent with pork, vegetables, white meats, poultry, and fish. It is drinking perfectly now, but will continue to evolve until 2025+ if well
