Silver, engraved "1940" on the reverse, measuring a standard 55. 3 mm, with original ribbon with pinback, pleasing dark patina, better than extremely fine. In its hardshelled case of issue, marked "D. F. C." on the lid, Royal Mint maker marked on the inside lid, lightly soiled recessed medal bed, case better than very fine. (C: 14)
