TarraWarra Estate Yarra Reserve Chardonnay 2021 Size::1 Bottle and the Grenache adds aRacked directly to barrel after whole bunch pressing, this wine is the purest expression of TarraWarra Chardonnay. Made without yeast or acid addition, the fruit batches from each block are kept entirely separate in barrel over the 10 months in oak. It is crossflow filtered without fining before bottling at the Estate. Aromas of citrus fruits, cashews and white flowers reflect the season, the palate balanced between finesse, length and creamy texture.
