The blades reverse ricasso is marked with the Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) logo and code M7 73 for maker F. u. A. Helbing, Steinbach. The obverse of the blade is acid etched with the SA motto Alles fr Deutschland (Everything for Germany). The hardwood grip is evenly mahogany coloured, and is
