and exhibits 100% of its original factory darkening
at the age of 70 and was survived by his wife of forty-four years

Constructed of bronzed magnetic metal, the obverse consisting of a shield bearing a raised map of Crimea and southern Ukraine, topped by a Wehrmacht eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, flanked by dates 1941 1942, attached with all four reverse attachment prongs to a magnetic metal backplate with a field grey wool liner indicating Heer issue, the reverse retaining a partially intact black paper liner bearing the makers mark
