Of three piece construction of Gold, silver, and gilded silver, consisting of a red enamelled five pointed star with Gold straight rays (denoting I Class) as well as a crossed saber and Mosin rifle in between the arms of the cross, with a central circular red enamelled medallion bearing a crossed Hammer and Sickle insignia in Gold, surrounded by a white enamelled ring inscribed
