Constructed of bronze with multi coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of a circular laurel leaf wreath, surrounding a central white enameled disc, overlaid by a German national eagle clutching a cogwheel, in turn bearing an enameled HJ insignia, flanked by a date of 1939 and topped by an inscription of KREISSIEGER, the reverse with a barrel hinge and flattened vertical pinback meeting a
