Longview’s Queenie Pinot Grigio is sourced entirely from Longview Vineyard in Macclesfield
as well as dishes with rich sauces or spices
The carefully selected Pedro Ximénez grapes were hand-harvested and then left to dehydrate under the sun on straw mats for about seven days
The wine was aged for 18 months in Slavonian oak botti and bottled unfiltered
