Constructed of iron and neusilber, consisting of a Cross Patte with a blackened magnetic iron core within a ribbed silver frame, the obverse with three central oak leaves, the six oclock arm with a reinstitution date of 1939, the reverse with a raised barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a flat wire catch, unmarked, measuring 44. 40 mm (w) x 44. 52 mm (h), weighing 15. 6 grams, in near mint condition.
