Constructed of silvered bronze with enamels, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, the obverse consisting of a Silesian style German national eagle, executed in black enamels with features and details highlighted in silver, clutching a banner in its talons bearing an inscription of FR SCHLESIEN (FOR SILESIA), overlaid across its chest with a Brustmond, notable
