Vintage Roger Mellie "Bollocks" Viz T-Shirt Entertainment so Nike created Lil PennyRoger Mellie is a comic book character created by British Magazine Viz in 1981. Mellie is a television host who keeps landing gigs even though he's a bit of a jerk, but so was everyone in Viz. The comic became so popular that they even made a television show in 1991 that aired on England's Channel 4. The show only aired for four episodes.
