and beautifully knit
Left on skins for a total of five weeks
layered with subtle cucumber freshness and a gentle savoury note of avocado nori and a fine thread of limestone minerality

Only a few hundred bottles of this wine made each year and possibly the only producer to make Pinot Gris from this tiny Grand cru which is the third smallest of all of the Grand cru's of Alsace.
