Taittinger Nocturne is a 'Sec' Champagne made from 40% Chardonnay and 60% Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. The finished blend includes over 35 'crus' from several different harvests. The wine is aged on its lees for at least 4 years before being disgorged. It's pale yellow colour with a shimmering sparkle and its subtle, delicate nose reveal delicious aromas of white flowers and ripe fruit, notably yellow
