La Ponca Ribolla Gialla Collio DOC 2021 Size::1 Bottle Using a mix of wholeStraw yellow with greenish reflections, mineral hints, with notes of white flowers and citrus fruits. The aromas perceived on the nose are repeated on the palate with a beautiful presence of citrine notes typical of the variety. Soft pressing of the grapes, cleaning of the musts through cold static decantation. Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks. Fish appetizers, soups and risottos.
