Instituted December 29th, 1869. (c. 1935 issue). Constructed of silver gilt with red and green enamelled leaves surrounding a central silver gilt medallion bearing a depicting of a Thai bell tower, the reverse plain with a Thai character cast into the badge, suspended using dual loops from a tri leaf suspension, from its correct modern replacement ribbon, Thai maker mark at 6 oclock,
