A Lot of Second War Canadian Naval Insignia Auction Archive Accompanied by copies of hisA pair of Lieutenant Naval Shoulder Boards, in black felt and gold coloured bullion wire, with a brass RCN button at the end, each measures 131. 2 mm (w) x 56 mm (h), the underside with a clear rubber strap for uniform attachment, both very fine. An embroidered cap badge of bullion, featuring a central anchor surrounded by a wreath and surmounting by a crown, padded below bullion, reverse shows remnants of reinforced area, measures 74. 4 mm (w) x 62.
