It was published in honour of Oberfhnrich (Officer Cadet) Fritz Todt, a pilot in a fighter wing. It says that he died undefeated, meaning he most likely fell victim to an accident. It is dated to Hintersee near Berchtesgaden (southern Bavaria) in February 1944.
