In silver gilt with red, white and blue enamels, dated "1918" on the reverse, measuring 50. 7 mm (w) x 50. 7 mm (h), intact enamels, large rosette on its original ribbon, near extremely fine. Footnote: The Order of Polonia Restituta (Order of the Rebirth of Poland) is a Polish state order established on February 4, 1921. It is conferred to both military and civilians, as well as to foreigners, for
