Saxe-Altenburg, Duchy. A Bravery Medal, Bronze Grade, C.1915 certificate_of_authenticity Athabaskan was heavily damaged by(Tapferkeitsmedaille in Bronze). Constructed of bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, the obverse with a raised Cross Patte bearing a central Saxon coat of arms flanked by a date of 1914, the reverse with a monogram of Ernst II, umarked, measuring 31. 08 mm in diameter, in near extremely fine condition.
