double hallmarked on the ring and suspension arch by Rothe (FR)
and makers mark FR (for Rothe) - however FR mark is stamped over with larger mark WB (presumably a makers mark of Austrian or German jeweler or military outlet)
and an eagle that was separately soldered onto the wreath (with two rivets)
four pyramids and an obelisk in the distance at the right

Russia, Imperial. An Order Of St. Anne In Gold, Miniature, C.1900 Newly Listed double hallmarked on the ring( ). Established as a Russian Imperial Order of chivalry Karl Friedrich in 1735. Type II (1815 ). Civil Division. An exquisite miniature constructed of Gold, consisting of a four armed cross applique in impressive red enamels, each quadrant displaying refined ornamented Gold patterns, with obverse centre exhibiting a remarkable hand made figure of St. Anna on enamels of multiple colors, the reverse centre bearing the hand painted initials "A. I. P.
