One is a promotion for Feuerwerker (Artificer, Sergeant equivalent) of the Staff of Luftgau Command 12, Friedrich Ritzenhoff, to Oberfeuerwerker (Senior Artificer, Master Sergeant equivalent), effective December 1. The document is dated to Wiesbaden on December 26, 1939 and signed in blue
