Distinguished by its structure, this wine also has incredible balance of tannin, acid and plush mouthfeel. Planted in 2015, the Iris vineyard sits across the road from the winery and its original plantings. It is one of the windiest, most exposed sites on the property. The wind forces the berries to produce thicker skins
