A circular, gilded bronze medallion, the obverse shows a central horizontal bar bearing the inscription Blut und Boden (Blood and Soil), above is a stylized eagle emblem, below is a design depicting the Reichsnhrstand logo of an ear of corn and dagger, surmounted over a swastika, on a circular background, with leaf motifs on either side, the circular border inscription reads LANDESBAUERNSCHAFT RHEINLAND
