NOSE : On a background of roasted notes and old wood, spicy notes (cinnamon, nutmeg) and dried and macerated fruits (plums, walnuts) follow one another. MOUTH : On the palate, a subtle balance with the nose brought by the intensity of the tannins marking the age of the rum with the spicy and fruity notes.
