George Lucas was again at the helm, helping write and direct the movie, but his co writers in the writing process found the original title too soft and instead suggested a harder title: Revenge Of The Jedi. Lucas agreed and changed the title. It got as far as the production of merchandise and posters before Lucas changed his mind back and decided to name the
