An Order Of St. Sava, I Class Grand Cross Star, By Bertrand, C.1915 consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac 1916 from an explosive shell(Orden Svetog Save). Instituted in 1883. Type II (1903 1922). A beautiful star of French manufacture, consisting of an eight point silver star with clusters of faceted rays, the obverse medallion in silver gilt features a lovely white and blue enamelled Maltese cross with ball finials, double headed crowned eagles in each quadrant, the obverse medallion features Saint Sava in red robes, surrounded by the inscription vb b b (Ones Own Work Achieves
