In 2012, new American oak Kosher barrels were filled with a wheat recipe Bourbon mash bill, all under the supervision of the Chicago Rabbinical Council. After it was matured for seven years, it was bottled at 94 Proof, offering subtle sweetness that works hand in hand with notes of vanilla and fruit to create a mouthwatering flavor profile.
