Constructed of two panels of red cotton rayon blended cloth, trimmed along two edges with red, white, and black piping, and overlaid by double sided white cotton rayon blended discs measuring 9. 5 cm in diameter, in turn bearing multi piece black mobile swastikas, the hoist edge overlaid by an additional layer of red cloth featuring a hollow channel which retains an original drawstring and functional magnetic
