Romania, Kingdom. An Order Of The Star, V Class Knight, Military Division, c. 1940 Newly Listed various other personal letters and(Ordin "Steaua Romaniei"). Instituted in 1877. Type II (1932 1947). In silvered bronze with red, green and blue enamels, unmarked, gilt monogram of King Carol I on the obverse centrepiece, measuring 42. 15 mm (w) x 66. 5 mm (h inclusive of its crown suspension), intact enamels, very light contact, correct replacement modern ribbon with hook and eye, near mint. Footnote: The Order of the Star of Romania was instituted on May 10, 1877 and revised on May
