In silver, consisting of a gilt Saltire Cross together with an enameled white Maltese cross with ball finials, with encompassing green enameled palms, obverse centre presenting the crowned royal cypher of Milan Obrenovi IV on red enameled background, blue enameled ribbon surround with cyrillic motto FOR FAITH PRINCE AND FATHERLAND, reverse centre presenting the Coat of arms of the
