A Heer Smoke Chemical Troops Leutnant board, constructed of Bordeaux red wool with a rigid card stock core and topped by four bands of silver aluminum wire piping, unmarked, measuring 35 mm (w) x 120 mm (l), demonstrating minor material fatigue throughout, in uniform removed and better than very fine condition. 2.
