Germany, Weimar Republic. A 1930 Der Stahlhelm Christmas Stein GTRexclude illustrating crossed downward-pointing Cossack sabres(Der Stahlhelm Bierkrug). An extremely well preserved 1930 Der Stahlhelm commemorative Christmas stein, constructed of glazed white porcelain. It features a curved protruding handle affording a secure grip, flanked on one side by an etched measurement of 1L for one litre, above an ASTA mark. The side features detailed hand painted imagery, consisting of a shield bearing an Iron Cross, topped by a Stahlhelm, and set above laurel and oak leaf branches.
