An Officer’s Sword, By Alexander Coppel GTRexclude especially for the AmericansThe sword measures at 103. 5 cm in total length with silver blade with no markings measuring at 2. 5cm wide, the hilt is in bronze with a black grip, the bottom of the hilt bears the numbers 1259, a Waffenamt mark and A. C G for Alexander Coppel. There is also a portapee attached to the hilt. There is a singular loop on the scabbard. The scabbard measures 89 cm (l) and the hilt measures at 16cm (l) x 12cm (w), very fine.
