Constructed of silver, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon with Spanish style buckle and pinback, consisting of a Maltese Cross, the obverse with pebbled arms joined together through the quadrants by droptrail style Luftwaffe eagles clutching mobile swastikas, bearing a central raised mobile swastika situated within dual rings, the reverse stamped with a silver content number
