Designed by Paul R. Williams Associates, it featured a distinctive circular lobby. In 1973, the El Morocco expanded to include a casino, further cementing its place in Las Vegas's vibrant hospitality scene. However, by 1983, the casino closed, and the property transitioned through various uses before ultimately closing in 2004.
