O. C. G. selection. After the vintage in the month of January, the year's best lots of Morellino are selected and aged in small French oak barrels for about six months. After 2 3 months of bottle aging this wine boasts excellent organoleptic qualities: a superior smooth and balanced vinous bouquet, and a pleasant fresh
