He was awarded the Iron Cross 2nd Class on 18 October 1917
named to “BERGMANN NICOLAUS FEHN” of Herne
he was awarded the Shanghai Municipal Medal For Service Rendered
USS Herring headed for the Kurile Islands patrol area
Turkey, Ottoman Empire. An Order of Medjidie, III. Class Commander Neck Badge, c.1900 Auction Böhmer was wounded by shrapnel(Mecidi Nisani). Instituted late 1851. (c. 1900 issue). Of multi piece construction, crafted out of silver and consisting of a seven pointed multi rayed star, each of the arms with multiple faceted rays, and with a crescent moon and star in between each arm, the obverse with a gilded silver centerpiece showing the Sultan Abdul Meijids royal cypher surrounded by a Turkish inscription within burgundy enamels, the reverse plain, with two unknown arabic
