The United States Navy was founded in 1794 but traces it origins all the way back to 1775 when the Continental Navy was formed during the Revolutionary War
but in 2007 the band got together with a new lineup backing singer Gary Hodges
the area was occupied by several indigenous groups for thousands of years
They released their debut LP The Continuum on Trustkill Records in 1996

Alongside the zine, they also ran a record label, released home videos, and promoted shows. Flipside was known for its strong opinions, but that was part of its charm. This original issue, #33, features coverage of comics.
