Germany, SS. A Waffen-SS Service Uniform Fez United Republic of Instituted by General Francisco Franco(Waffen SS Fes). An extremely well preserved Waffen SS service uniform fez, constructed of field grey rabbit fur felt. The crown is topped by a felt stem accommodating a black rayon tassel which descends over the side of the fez. Stitched onto the peak is an insignia consisting of a black rayon backer bearing a machine embroidered SS style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, measuring 65 mm (w) x 30 mm (h).
