1960s Urbi et Orbi Pheasant Feather Pillbox Hat size_38 EU/ 7.5 US when you rock this fantasticAmazingly vibrant feather hat by Urbi et Orbi. This Japanese custom milliner was known for its beautiful use of feathers in high priced toppers. The pillbox hat has a round, slightly curved crown, with a wide band. The hat is absolutely covered in a variety of pheasant feathers, arranged in a floral bloom like pattern originating from the center of the crown. Feathers are bright and iridescent! Lined.
