Likely of French manufacture, in silver, oval centrepiece bearing the Venezuelan coat of arms, mounted to an eight pointed star base, each star point with five faceted rays, measuring 74 mm (w) x 83 mm (h), vertical pinback flanked by dual prongs, light contact, near extremely fine.
