After the NSDAP activity in Austria was outlawed in early 1930's some of the Austrian NSDAP members who fled prosecution settled in and around Bjelovar, Croatia, not far from Austrian border, and carried their activities from there until their return to Austria, after German entry into Austria. Around 1933 34 badge was commissioned
