The 2024 Estate Riesling Trocken is crafted from fruit grown across Knstlers limestone rich vineyards, where loess, loam and gravel soils lend both texture and freshness. Hand harvested and gently pressed, the juice is fermented mainly in stainless steel to preserve purity and bright fruit character, with a small portion aged in large neutral oak for added depth and
