Germany, Heer. An Army Panzer Em/Nco’s M1940 Overseas Cap By Wolber & Pfaff Hold center gilded and silvered(Heer Feldmtze). Constructed of smooth black wool; the cap features a fold down side panel fully lining the circumference. The peak is adorned with an insignia in the form of a machine embroidered white Wehrmacht style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, set on a green rayon backer, measuring 65 mm (w) x 27 mm (h). Underneath the eagle is a rose pink embroidered soutache, indicating Panzer personnel. The soutache surrounds a
