Backwoods Distilling Co. High Country Gin 43% 500ml Size::1 Bottle cedar and herbWhile our whiskies aim to transport you to the backwoods of Yackandandah, our gin invites you to take a walk in the Victorian High Country. To create this gin we apply two distillation methods. We macerate and boil the traditional botanicals while using the vapour infused method for the Australian botanicals. This helps to balance a traditional gin base with the intensity of local botanical flavours.
